Responsibilities
• Assemble multiple instrument product lines and integrate subassemblies into finished instruments
• Build and understand complete instrument assembly processes
• Record and maintain device history documentation including serial numbers and tool records
• Perform component testing on assemblies modules and instruments
• Identify defects and recommend process improvements
• Read and interpret drawings work instructions and workmanship standards
• Train and support associates in assembly and testing activities
• Execute testing procedures and analyze results for pass fail determination
• Perform troubleshooting repair and rework activities
• Support production activities in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Work with Manufacturing Engineering Quality Planning and Purchasing teams as needed
• Follow company specifications operating procedures and policies
• Perform material handling activities for raw materials and subassemblies
• Maintain a safe clean and organized work environment
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Follow all housekeeping and safety procedures
• Support Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
