Education
• High school diploma or GED

Qualifications
• Ability to read and follow detailed written procedures and verbal instructions
• Experience using electronic data collection systems and basic computer applications
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to handle small components
• Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize work effectively
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles preferred
• Ability to make sound decisions with minimal supervision

Overview
This role is responsible for producing high-quality implantable medical devices within a structured manufacturing cell environment. Working under close supervision, you will perform a combination of assembly, repair, and testing operations on pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related components while following detailed, standardized procedures.

Key Responsibilities
• Assemble, repair, and test medical device components according to written work instructions
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation to ensure full product traceability
• Perform routine quality checks to support compliance and product consistency
• Follow all safety guidelines, gowning requirements, and cleanroom protocols
• Communicate clearly with manufacturing leadership regarding issues, improvements, or concerns
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support quality, environmental, and regulatory systems as required
• Contribute to achieving production goals and cell performance metrics

• Clean, regulated manufacturing setting with strict gowning and safety requirements
• Professional dress and cleanliness standards required to support product quality
