Job Description
Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in cable and wire harness assembly

• Experience crimping small terminals and contacts

• Proficiency with manual and/or pneumatic crimping tools

• Hands-on soldering experience

• Experience working in an ESD-controlled environment

• Knowledge of ESD handling procedures and use of ESD protective equipment

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics

• Experience using precision measurement tools such as rulers, calipers, and wire measuring devices

• Ability to measure and cut wires to exact specified lengths

• Experience performing continuity checks and basic electrical testing

• Good hand-to-eye coordination and attention to detail

• Ability to read and write English

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

• Ability to perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality



Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with IPC/WHMA-A-620 workmanship standards

• Aerospace manufacturing experience

• Experience working under ISO 9001 quality management systems

• Experience using microscopes for small-component assembly



Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Cable Harness Assembler with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in cable and wire harness assembly

• The ideal candidate will have experience working with small terminals and contacts, crimping tools, soldering, precision measurement, and interpreting technical drawings

• The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, precision, and workmanship while performing repetitive production tasks

• The role requires maintaining high-quality standards, following ESD and safety procedures, and working efficiently in a manufacturing environment



Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble cable and wire harnesses according to engineering drawings and work instructions

• Crimp small terminals and contacts using manual and automated crimping tools

• Perform soldering operations in accordance with applicable industry standards

• Measure and cut wires to exact specified lengths using precision measuring tools

• Work under a microscope when required for fine-detail assembly

• Perform continuity checks and basic electrical testing

• Assemble small motors, connectors, and related components

• Follow ESD control procedures when handling sensitive components

• Work in ESD-controlled environments while using appropriate protective equipment

• Inspect finished assemblies for quality, workmanship, and compliance

• Follow IPC/WHMA-A-620 workmanship standards

• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 quality management procedures

• Complete repetitive production tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy

• Collaborate effectively with team members and production staff

• Maintain a strong commitment to quality, safety, and production standards
