Job Description
Only qualified Assembler candidates located near the Tempe, Arizona area will be considered due to the position requiring an on-site presence

Preferred Qualifications
• High school diploma preferred or equivalent work experience

Physical Demands
• Experience with two or more manufacturing processes, including Pad Printing, Heat Bonding, UV Curing, Laser Welding, Catheter Inspection RF Welding, HLH Vacuum Lamination, Balloon Blowing, Catheter Annealing PVA Spraying Split Die Lamination, and Dip Coating
• Regularly required to stand, walk sit and use hands to manipulate handle or feel objects tools controls and office equipment
• Frequently required to verbally communicate with associates
• Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms stoop kneel or crouch

Required Qualifications
• Basic math and English skills both written and verbal
• Basic computer and software skills including Microsoft Word Excel email and instant messaging
• Ability to work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment
• Experience assembling products in a cleanroom preferred
• Team player with flexibility and consistency in attendance and performance
• Ability to follow detailed written instructions and procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Position Summary
Follow standard operating procedures and good manufacturing practices to perform various manufacturing processes using small tools and precision devices to manufacture medical devices in a cleanroom environment

Responsibilities
• Accurately complete Device History Records and associated paperwork
• Assist with projects and qualifications concerning manufacturing processes when needed
• Communicate effectively and positively with co-workers
• Enter batch information into databases
• Utilize small hand tools and precision devices to aid in the manufacturing process
• Perform manufacturing operations with minimal errors while maintaining high quality standards
• Assemble medical devices in a cleanroom setting
• Follow written instructions and standard operating procedures
• Maintain productivity and quality in a fast-paced team environment

Work Environment
• Work may be performed in a certified cleanroom or laboratory setting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment required

Additional Information
• Shift hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with flexibility within one hour
