Required Education

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience



Required Experience:

• 3+ years of professional design experience, including working across a wide range of marketing channels

• 3+ years of proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite applications (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)

• Portfolio of relevant work, with descriptions of your creative strategy

• A creative portfolio is required to be considered



Preferred Experience:

• Experience in one or more of the following industries: luxury, travel, finance.

• Experience creating, maintaining, and operating within enterprise-level design standards.

• Brand Designer needed to own and evolve our premium visual identity across all channels (digital, print, OOH, motion). You'll balance big-picture concepting with hands-on execution, direct video/animation, and guard brand consistency all while collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple deadlines.

• You are as comfortable creating a compelling brand identity and visual brand system as you are developing unique expressions across channels. Including Social, Print, out-of-home, and Web.

• Brainstorm big concepts one day, and tackle detail-oriented projects the next.

• You have a keen visual eye for photography and video - particularly in the premium space.

• Comfortable bringing concepts to life through video and animation. Whether it is hands-on or through directing others.

• Guard the brand.

• Deeply understand our brand standards.

• Drive brand consistency and recognition across your work.

• Establish and evolve new brand standards for existing/new products

• Collaborate with a lot of smart people.

• Work with your team—copywriters, creative directors, and extended Brand team.

• Work with your partners—marketing, internal standards teams, and more.

• Create strategic work that cuts through the noise.

• Adapt your approach for widely varying briefs and business goals.

• Think across integrated channels, products, and experiences.

• Use evidence to inform your creative decisions—and proactively unearth new insights.

• Bring new ideas that raise the bar and push mindsets.
