Job Description
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree or military experience
Required Experience:
- 2+ years of professional digital design experience (social and site design or UX/UI design)
- 2+ years of experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
- Portfolio of relevant creative work with strategy descriptions required
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in luxury, travel, or finance industries
- 2+ years of experience with Figma and complex digital design libraries/standards
Job Summary:
The company's Brand Creative team is seeking an Art Director with a modern, elevated portfolio to bring the brand to life across platforms, with a heavy emphasis on digital channels including site and social.
Job Duties:
- Develop polished creative for a range of channels, with special emphasis on site and social, and flexibility to support other channels as needed
- Brainstorm big concepts one day, tackle detail-oriented projects the next
- Guard the brand and deeply understand brand standards to drive consistency and recognition across work
- Collaborate with copywriters, creative directors, and the extended Brand team, as well as marketing and digital standards partners
- Create strategic work that cuts through the noise and adapts to varying briefs and business goals
- Think across integrated channels, products, and experiences
- Use evidence to inform creative decisions and proactively surface new insights
- Bring new ideas that raise the bar and push mindsets
