Job Description
***Only qualified Art Director candidates located near Manhattan New York to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence. ***



Required Skills, Experience, & Abilities:

• 8–10+ years of experience in art direction within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands

• Strong portfolio showcasing campaign development and premium product storytelling

• Experience leading both still-life and on-figure photo shoots and working closely with photographers and stylists

• Deep understanding of Beauty category trends and consumer behavior

• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Beauty experience is a must

• Experience doing retouching notes, experience doing concept decks and being able to concept for varying amounts of product assortments



Preferred Experience:

• Experience in art directing still life photoshoots is a plus.



Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead concept development and visual direction for Beauty campaigns and launches

• Oversee art direction for photography, video, print and digital executions

• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Creative teams to ensure cohesive storytelling

• Maintain and evolve the Beauty visual identity across seasonal and evergreen initiatives
