Job Description
Required Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Preferred Education:
• MBA
Preferred Certification:
• CPA preferred.
Required experience:
• 10+ years’ experience in the gaming industry
Required qualifications:
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong understanding of industry-specific financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex negotiations and build relationships with external stakeholders.
Required Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
• Superb analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting
• Provide financial analysis to senior leadership.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting compliant with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Control project costs in conjunction with the team lead, ensuring compliance with policies and adherence to budgets - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
