Job Description
We are the in-house creative agency for Client, Experiences, and Products. Every day, we craft the compelling, impactful content that defines one of the most beloved brands on the planet. We are looking for a world-class Senior Art Director with a mastery of photography, videography, typography, and layout, alongside a deep fluency in digital and social ideation. The ideal candidate is well-versed in current design trends, understands the nuances of omnichannel creative, and hold a proven track record of delivering conceptual thinking and executing award-winning campaigns. In this position, you will apply imaginative design and strategic problem-solving across a wide range of advertising mediums. We are "social and digital by design," and we expect every creative team member to grasp the importance of thinking creatively within a tech-inspired world. A curios mind, expert production knowledge, and a passion for continuous learning will take you far.
Required Education:
• A minimum of an associates (2 year) degree in advertising
Basic Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Knowledge of After Effects and 3D software is a significant bonus.
• Fluency in new tools to support ideation and execution.
• Deep competency in ideating and designing specifically for the digital and social space.
• Superior time-management skills are a must. You can handle multiple assignments, self-manage, and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
• Exceptional design and comping skills with a meticulous eye for aesthetic detail.
• A genuine curiosity and knowledge of Client rich history—across films, animation, television, and our theme parks.
• 5+ years in an agency setting or a related creative environment.
• A strong ear for music is a significant plus.
• Experience in promotional, experiential, and trend-driven social media campaigns.
What You Will Do:
• Visionary Problem Solving: Think creatively to provide marketable, high-impact solutions for complex advertising challenges.
• Collaborate to Win: Partner closely with a Senior Copywriter to conceive and deliver compelling 360-degree campaign concepts.
• Multichannel Execution: Create stunning content for all digital and social channels associated with the Client and Resorts group.
• Directing the Craft: Provide clear, inspired direction to photographers, designers, directors, editors, and vendors to ensure the highest creative output.
• Present with Polish: Construct cohesive creative presentations and maintain a high comfort level with client contact and internal stakeholders.
