Overview / Summary:
• Lead the design, development, and lifecycle management of enterprise solution architectures
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and technology-aligned architectural solutions
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver enterprise architecture initiatives that align with organizational standards and roadmaps
• Position is exempt from overtime pay under the Fair Labor Standards Act
Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect Primary Responsibilities:
• Manage solution architectures from conception through delivery into production
• Partner with business and technology subject matter experts to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in architecture design and modeling for project delivery and support
• Collaborate with domain architects to deliver scalable and adaptable architecture solutions
• Develop architectural roadmaps aligned with business and technology priorities
• Promote the reuse of services, frameworks, components, and Infrastructure as Code
• Support deployment strategy and solution design
• Identify opportunities to simplify code, architectures, and vendor dependencies
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with technical decision makers
• Recommend improvements to application operational efficiency and program effectiveness
• Lead the design of physical and logical solution architectures
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architectural principles and standards
• Collaborate with Cyber Security to address network, application, and data security requirements
• Work with stakeholders to understand non-functional requirements affecting solution architecture
• Ensure solutions are observable and secure by design
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and site reliability teams to establish service level objectives and agreements
• Provide consultation on complex projects
• Coach and mentor junior architects
