Job Description
Required Education:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
Required experience/skills:
• Prior experience in a banking or financial services environment
• Strong knowledge of servers and databases
• Experience supporting enterprise applications
• Experience with ticketing and issue-tracking tools such as ServiceNow OR Quest
• Experience with JIRA
Preferred experience/skills:
• Mainframe experience is a plus
Job duties:
• Provide support for IT system applications, including both backend and frontend components
• Work closely with technology partners and vendors to investigate and resolve application issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, vendor-related issues, and service tickets
• Analyze and resolve customer-reported issues (e.g., investigating backend systems to identify and resolve login latency for banking applications)
• Manage and resolve incidents and requests through ticketing systems
• Ensure timely communication and resolution of application-related issues
