*** Only qualified ServiceNow Developer candidates currently located in the Baton Rouge, LA area will be considered due to the position requiring an onsite Presence***
Required Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Required skills:
• Experience developing and configuring solutions within the ServiceNow platform (2+ Years)
• Experience with ServiceNow development tools (2+ Years)
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills (2+ Years)
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (2+ Years)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:

The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for the design, development, configuration, and implementation of solutions within the ServiceNow platform. This role works closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and system administrators to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient workflows that support organizational service management objectives
Job Duties:
• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements
• Develop and maintain workflows, forms, scripts, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform
• Configure and support core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other ServiceNow applications as required
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze functional and technical requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects, performance issues, and system incidents
• Participate in testing activities, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing
• Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and knowledge transfer materials
• Follow ServiceNow best practices, development standards, and governance policies
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and platform optimization efforts
