Required Education:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field

Required Certification:
• ServiceNow Developer Certification

Required Skills:
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on development and configuration
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform features, including modules, workflows, and scripting
• Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST, SOAP, and other web services
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting
• Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript
• Previous experience in [industry/sector] is a plus

Job Overview:
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet our business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze requirements, and leverage your technical expertise to deliver high-quality solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Job Responsibilities:
ServiceNow Development:
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements
• Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and integrations

Requirements Analysis:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow enhancements
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications

Integration and Automation:
• Integrate ServiceNow with other business systems and applications
• Develop and implement automation scripts and workflows to optimize business processes

Maintenance and Support:
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing ServiceNow instances
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality

Documentation:
• Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations
• Keep documentation up-to-date with changes and enhancements

Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, security, and business analysts
• Participate in design and code reviews to ensure best practices and quality standards
