Job Description

Required Education:
• Bachelor of Science Degree (ex: Chemistry)

Required Experience:
• Laboratory (Not Medical or Pharma)

Position Summary:
Assist analytical lab analysis by preparing samples, performing chemical and physical analysis of beverage, concentrate and food samples under the direction of lab manager and senior members of the team.

• Prepare chemical solutions
• Prepare beverage and food samples
• Perform sample dilutions as needed
• Perform wet chemistry analysis such as pH, TA, density, Brix, CO2 analysis, color analysis, volatile/non-volatile extraction by following approved methods
• Support other tasks assigned by lab manager

• Microsoft Word and Excel
• Well organized and detail oriented in performing lab work to ensure data quality of the analysis
• Ability to follow lab safety procedure and good lab practices
• Good learning skills and good communication skills
• Must be a team player
