Job Description

• Data entry of financial tasks, Analytic problem solving and reporting. Team engagement with high collaboration.
• Organize and prioritize high volume within the business TATs (Turn-Around Times) and business expectations to meet SLAs (Service Level Agreements) in daily completed work.
Team consists of 12 members currently.
• There is dedicated roles within the team to focus on specific tasks.
• Ideal candidate should be equipped to manage change in process; being flexible to pivot from one project task to another. Be a self-directed, critical thinker.
Here are some of the top responsibilities for this position:
• Enter Direct Deposit account information into the system.
• Process financial tasks for returned &/or repayment checks in consumer profiles.
• Generate files for payment processing.
• Update employer profiles for specific clients, and Process spreadsheets with varying data for both consumer and employer profiles.
Ideal candidate background:
• High school diploma / GED (or higher) OR 5+ years of equivalent financial working experience.
• Healthcare specific, data entry with bank knowledge, must have Microsoft experience, strong intermediate to expert level skills (Excel, Word, & Outlook). Outlook experience, with proper grammar knowledge.
