Education:
• High School Diploma
Qualifications and Skills:
• Strong understanding of telecom billing, invoicing, and inventory management, with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience and working understanding of legacy voice and network circuits
• Experience with legacy telecommunications services, including data circuits and analog dial tone, with demonstrated success in a telecommunications analyst or similar role.
• Self motivated and proactive, with proven problem solving skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Overview:
• This position plays a key role in evaluating and optimizing legacy analog telecommunications services.
• This position is responsible for analyzing usage and costs to determine whether services should be retained, replaced, or disconnected.
• The role requires strong experience with legacy voice and data circuits, as well as the ability to deliver clear, data driven recommendations that support cost optimization and modernization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• The role is responsible for analyzing telecommunications billing to uncover cost savings opportunities.
• This position collaborates closely with site contacts, TEM vendor, and carriers to collect required data and develop recommendations to retain, replace, or disconnect services.
• The role also manages project timelines, deliverables, and reporting to ensure successful execution of approved initiatives, while maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders by providing status updates and resolving issues as needed.
Detailed Responsibilities:
• Conduct analysis of analog telecommunications lines by location, usage, and billing; identify redundant services.
• Collaborate with site contacts, vendors, and stakeholders to validate requirements.
• Determine services requiring disconnection or replacement.
• Update findings in appropriate tracking systems.
• Manage timelines and execution of approved actions; and maintain clear, effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
