Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
• Minimum qualifications include demonstrated experience with legacy data and telecommunications circuits, including analog dial tone, and prior experience as a telecommunications analyst or in a comparable role.
• The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of data circuits, telecommunications billing, and inventory management, and is self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Proficiency in managing disconnect orders, tracking completion status, maintaining accurate inventory records, analyzing data, and ensuring realization of cost savings through reporting tools is required.

Position Summary:
• The Disconnect Coordination Team (DCT) is responsible for execution and financial realization of approved disconnect activities.
• This team submits disconnect orders through Tangoe TEM, tracks all disconnect through completion, and ensures inventory and billing systems are accurately updated.
• The DCT validates realized savings and ensures all cost reductions are properly captured and reflected in enterprise reporting tools, supporting accurate financial reporting and program outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• The Disconnect Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end execution and financial realization of telecom disconnect activities, including submitting and managing disconnect orders through Tangoe TEM, tracking orders to completion, maintaining accurate inventory, and billing records, and validating, reporting, and ensuring realization of cost savings.
• The team maintains effective communication with TEM supplier, sourcing, digital teams, and carrier representatives to ensure timely execution, transparency, and accurate financial outcomes.

• This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners, including site contacts, vendors, carriers, sourcing, and digital teams.
• The contractor is expected to communicate clearly and professionally, provide regular project updates, coordinate activities across stakeholders, and support timely execution of deliverables. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential to ensure alignment, meet deadlines, and drive successful outcomes in a cross functional environment.

• Candidates will not be considered if they lack a minimum of five years of relevant experience or are unable to demonstrate a working understanding of legacy voice and network circuits.
