Job Description

Education Qualifications: • Bachelor’s (BA/BS) degree preferably in business administration, organizational development, or human resources related field or the equivalent from a German or International University
OR
• Associate’s (AA/AS) Degree in business or related field AND 2 years of professional experience in a global mobility function;
OR
• The equivalent of 4 years of professional experience in a global mobility function.
Experience:
• 2+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably to include Global Human Resources or Recruitment experience.
• Previous immigration case work experience (preferred).
Preferred Licenses and/or Certifications:
• Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) preferred
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Advanced communication skills, written and verbal
• Advanced organization skills with strong attention to detail
• Advanced customer service and problem-solving skills
• Advanced ability to be flexible in a changing environment.
• Advanced ability to interface effectively within a global team environment and partner with multiple business units and functions
**Basic = less than 1 year of experience/training needed; Intermediate= 1 – 3 years of experience/some training may be needed; Advanced= 3-5 years’ experience/no training needed; 5+ years’ experience/able to train others.
