Innovation Implementation Analyst Overview
• The ideal candidate will possess strong project coordination, communication, and analytical skills with experience supporting operational programs, technology deployments, retail operations, security initiatives, or pilot programs. This individual will help coordinate activities, maintain program documentation, track performance metrics, facilitate issue resolution, and support change management efforts throughout the project lifecycle.
• This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will support program execution through data collection, reporting, stakeholder communication, training support, and operational process management.
Job Duties
• Support deployment, execution, and evaluation of operational and technology pilot programs
• Serve as liaison between field teams, vendors, leadership, and business stakeholders
• Coordinate implementation activities and program deliverables
• Track program performance metrics and operational data
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting
• Support issue identification, escalation, and resolution activities
• Assist with user adoption and change management efforts
• Support training coordination and communication initiatives
• Create reports, dashboards, presentations, and status updates
• Monitor implementation progress and provide operational support throughout program lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution
