• High-volume data entry experience with strong speed and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with: Excel, QuickBase
• Outbound calling experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry
• Comfortable performing repetitive, audit-sensitive work
• Experience documenting information accurately in real time
• Ability to follow established scripts, workflows, and standard operating procedures

• Healthcare or provider-facing experience
• Behavioral health familiarity
• Provider directory validation or network/data quality work
• Experience working with provider websites and healthcare data sources
Analyst – Provider Access & Availability Overview
• The Analyst – Real World Testing of Access & Availability supports enterprise initiatives designed to ensure members have timely access to behavioral health services by validating provider information and appointment availability.
• This position performs outbound provider outreach, conducts high-volume data entry, validates provider directory information, and documents results using enterprise systems such as QuickBase.
• This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accuracy while performing repetitive work.
• Candidates must be comfortable balancing outbound provider calls with documentation and adapting quickly to changing business priorities.
Job Duties
• Conduct outbound calls to provider offices to verify appointment availability
• Validate provider directory information including contact information and specialties
• Verify provider scheduling timelines
• Document call results accurately in QuickBase or similar enterprise systems
• Perform high-volume data entry from provider calls and provider websites
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and data quality
• Follow outreach scripts and established workflows
• Escalate discrepancies and provider data issues to leadership
• Support data-only projects and outbound calling initiatives based on business needs
• Maintain productivity while balancing repetitive data work and provider outreach
