Job Description
***Fully Remote, work hrs 8 AM to 5 PM MT, some flexibility to Pacific Times***
• Required Level of Education: High School Diploma
• Preferred Level of Education: Bachelor’s degree
• How many years of related experience are you looking for in your ideal candidate?: 2-3 years minimum
• Specific Systems Knowledge Required: Epic’s HealthyPlanet or EpicCare Ambulatory
• Specific Systems Knowledge Preferred: Experience with Cogito (Reporting Workbench, Radar, etc.)
• Any Required Certifications?: Epic’s HealthyPlanet or EpicCare Ambulatory
• Top Three things Worker will be doing:
1) building Epic functionality to support chronic condition management;
2) testing and troubleshooting build;
3) documenting build & test outcomes
• Top Three Skillsets needed:
1) Detail-oriented with experience building and deploying configuration in Epic, ideally in HealthyPlanet or EpicCare,
2) Strong collaboration skills to work seamlessly with peers and cross-functional teams and ability to problem solve /troubleshoot technical issues with build,
3) Sound judgment to identify risks and escalate issues promptly and
effectively.
