REQUIRED:

-Bachelor's degree with 5 years or more of experience
-Excel or Google Sheets to analyze large sets of data; Proven experience in data analysis and quality assurance.
-Excellent communication skills (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT) with the ability to distill complex thoughts into easy to understand language Demonstrated organizational skills with experience managing complex projects.
-Experience working on projects without explicit instructions.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Experience with data labeling and classification projects is a PLUS
-Experience with excel is required and SQL is a PLUS
-Meet timelines and job targets
-When encountering a roadblock to proactively seek a solution

Prefer experience in leadership roles. Must be detailed oriented, understand / act on complex guidelines, using analytic skills to make decisions (using excel or google sheets to analyze large sets of data), and clear communication with stakeholders (excellent verbal/written communication skills).

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Analyst Level 3 to join our Product Data Operations team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively. This role involves ensuring data accuracy and quality through rigorous analysis and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed data analysis to ensure accuracy and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve labeling/data quality Develop and implement data quality guidelines and best practices based on data insights.
Lead projects requiring meticulous attention to detail and organization.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report on project progress and outcomes.
Continuously improve data processes and resolve data-related issues.
Self starter

Qualifications:
Proven experience in data analysis and quality assurance.
