Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience is required

• Experience working with government agencies at the federal, state, or local level

• Strong electronic filing and document management skills

• Experience managing license renewals and regulatory notifications

• Ability to meet regulatory deadlines and project due dates

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to correspond professionally with regulatory agencies

WIC Licensing Analyst Overview:

• Responsible for performing a wide range of licensing functions within the licensing department, with a primary focus on renewals, document management, and regulatory compliance related to the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)

• Ensures compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements by meeting established deadlines and maintaining accurate, up-to-date licensing records

• Works closely with business operations, category teams, and store operations to support licensed location expansion and ensure licensing accuracy across locations

• Manages ongoing regulatory notifications and correspondence with federal, state, and local agencies to support uninterrupted licensure

• Supports licensing team initiatives and projects while maintaining organized electronic license files and responding to internal requests in a timely manner



Job Duties:

• Responsible for a series of license renewals and ongoing regulatory notifications to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements (50%)

• Provide oversight of WIC license renewals and ongoing regulatory notifications to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements (20%)

• Maintain databases containing current license fees, renewal dates, and vendor information (5%)

• Work with business operations and category teams on the expansion of licensed locations (10%)

• Maintain electronic license files and supply copies upon request (2%)

• Correspond with federal, state, and local agencies regarding license renewals (5%)

• Review and respond to licensing-related correspondence (5%)

• Perform other management or related duties as requested by licensing team management (3%)
