Role:

Support is needed to assume day-to-day ownership of SMS and Push planning and execution—both mission-critical growth channels.



Responsibilities:

• Plan & communicate channel-level content aligned to brand priorities, product launches, promotions, and seasonal moments. Ensure campaign content aligns with brand, channel & audience strategies to maximize relevance.

• Evaluate historical performance to recommend content themes, messaging angles, and creative approaches that resonate with target audiences. Provide data driven guidance on copy, CTAs, messaging hierarchy, and creative elements that drive higher engagement.

• Identify content gaps or opportunities for innovation within the calendar (e.g., category spotlights, loyalty messaging, education, seasonal value propositions).

• Review all campaign content for accuracy & ensuring it meets strategic objectives prior to customer-facing deployment.

• Validate real-time campaign deployments for content accuracy, campaign rendering, and linking; promptly flagging any issues and seeing through to resolution

• Analyze campaign performance (click through rates, conversion, revenue contribution) on weekly basis, identifying optimization opportunities across subject lines, send times, creative, and segmentation.

• Maintain SMS budget allocation and documentation, including circulating invoices for approval

• Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed to translate raw data into concise insights that guide strategic decisions across category, offer and campaign performance.
