Required Skills, Experience, & Abilities:

• 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce operations, digital merchandising, or related fields

• Strong data management and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment

• Clear and structured communicator

• Experience with Salesforce, CMS platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

• Experience working with cross-functional teams

• Strong data management and execution accuracy

• E-commerce/digital operations experience (PDP, merchandising, QA)

• Structured, proactive communication and risk escalation

• Cross-functional coordination and prioritization



Role:

The Intl Ecomm Ops Senior Analyst (Contract) plays a key role in delivering high-quality international partner eCommerce experiences.

This role focuses on PDP data accuracy, Salesforce execution, digital site planning, partner site proofing, and launch support.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys owning work end-to-end, partnering cross-functionally, and seeing their execution go live on real international eCommerce sites.



Responsibilities:



PDP Data & Salesforce Execution

• Execute day-to-day PDP data updates in Salesforce for international partner sites

• Build, update, and deliver product data for floorsets, special collections, and launches

• Maintain product and asset trackers to support on-time partner delivery

• Proactively identify missing data or assets and drive resolution with internal teams

• Manage partner data requests and confirm completion clearly and proactively



Digital Site Plans & Site Updates

• Build and maintain digital site plans covering homepage content, PLPs, features, and campaigns

• Deliver clear, well-organized site plans aligned with brand and merchandising direction

• Track changes to ensure all planned content is delivered accurately and on time



Launch & Cross-Functional Execution

• Support new launches and site updates by tracking data, content, and asset readiness

• Provide regular status updates and surface risks with suggested next steps

• Adapt priorities as launch plans and business needs evolve



Execution Expectations

• Deliver accurate, thoughtful work with strong attention to detail

• Communicate clearly and proactively around status, timelines, and risks

• Stay organized across Salesforce, trackers, and site plans

• Work independently within established processes while flagging issues early

• Collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners
