Required experience:
• 1-2+ years of experience in paid media analyst role
Required qualifications:
• Understanding of digital paid media metrics, attribution, and performance benchmarks
• Experience with ad servers (e.g., CM360) and paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, DV360 etc.)
• Experience in MMPs (especially Kochava)
• Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
• Experience with data analysis skills using Excel, Tableau, Data Studio, or Looker, including dashboard creation and multi-source data extraction
• Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and a proactive work style
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment with changing priorities
Preferred qualifications:
• Background in media, app marketing, and entertainment is a plus
Responsibilities:
• They will help with paid campaign media reporting and helping to consolidate from a global view
• Currently regions have individual reporting and we are looking to consolidate that globally
• Work with marketing campaign managers and BI team members to aggregate data for reporting results.
• Working on ensuring all of the data is present and received in a timely manner who will fundamentally understand how the data is working together functionally.
• They will need to be organized and be proactive.
• Will also work on insights and take aways analysis on weekly media reporting.
• They should have worked in paid media in their past experience as this will give them the insight into the data that they are aggregating.
• Work virtually with team members globally.
• Analyze campaign performance and turn data into clear, actionable insights
• Ensure data accuracy through QA of raw campaign inputs and support data aggregation
• Ensure naming conventions are being adhered to
• Create data visuals to showcase campaign reporting that is easy to digest for marketing teams
• Provide strategic recommendations on audience targeting, partner mix, and budget allocation
• Function as a bridge between BI/Data Engineering teams and translate to Marketing teams to solve & improve workflows to deliver business results
