Required Experience / Skills
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in business process management or a related discipline
• Strong expertise in business process management, including process architecture, process mapping/modeling, and end-to-end process design
• Hands-on experience with Signavio Business Process Management Suite (mandatory)
• Experience driving adoption of process standards, governance frameworks, and best practices across business functions
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment in applying professional expertise
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to make evaluative decisions based on factual analysis
• Understanding of business process improvement methodologies and enterprise process frameworks
Job Duties
• Lead and support business process mapping, modeling, and end-to-end process design activities using Signavio BPM tools
• Develop and maintain process architecture standards and ensure consistency across business functions
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption of process governance and standardization practices
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and translate them into structured process models
• Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and recommend improvements
• Ensure accurate documentation of process flows, scenarios, and business requirements
• Support the organization’s transition toward a process-oriented culture through training, guidance, and stakeholder engagement
• Apply judgment and analytical thinking to evaluate process performance and recommend enhancements
• Work independently to deliver assigned process improvement initiatives with minimal supervision
