Digital Support Specialist – Pharmacy Overview
• Provides hands-on operational and digital support to a hair testing salon during a period of technology and process advancement.
• Listens to and understands stylist and salon needs, translating them into practical digital tools and workflow improvements.
• Focuses on improving efficiency, data quality, and system adoption through Excel-based solutions and basic process enhancements.
Job Duties
• Support daily salon operations, including:
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Greeting and assisting volunteer participants
• Providing front-of-house operational support
• Partner with stylists, technicians, and salon leadership to:
• Observe and understand workflows, pain points, and improvement opportunities
• Gather input and translate needs into actionable solutions
• Advance digital and process capabilities by:
• Creating, improving, and maintaining Excel tools for tracking, reporting, and automation
• Supporting implementation and adoption of new software or systems
• Developing practical digital solutions to improve efficiency and data quality
• Assist with documentation, process mapping, and creation of basic computer training materials as needed.
