About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Warranty Claims Analyst to join a fast-paced, professional team in Torrance. In this role, you will serve as a key resource for dealerships, providing high-level phone support, reviewing and processing warranty claims, and ensuring compliance using internal mainframe systems (such as NWS2) and Excel.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional phone and call center support to dealership personnel throughout the day.
• Analyze, review, and process warranty claims (30-40% of daily tasks) to verify correct claim codes.
• Handle billing administrative duties (20%), generate operational reports (10%), and contribute to ongoing projects (10%).
• Troubleshoot complex claims data by investigating issues via NWS2 and mainframe systems.
• Deliver clear, systematic, and professional instructions to external dealers to resolve discrepancies. - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
