Job Summary:
Generate and maintain inventory reports, provide ad-hoc financial data analysis to leadership, and support associates by handling inquiries and correspondence, while identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes and system functionality.
Job Duties:
- Generate and maintain various inventory reports periodically and as requested
- Business financial acumen with the ability to provide valuable ad-hoc data analysis to leadership as needed
- Ability to set priorities and actively develop ways to improve reporting
- Update and maintain the Company Vehicle Administration website
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence from Associates
- Research & resolve associate inquiries
- Conduct testing and validation of system enhancements and issues
- Identify and request system improvements
- Work as part of the team on the development of new special projects - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
