Preferred Experience:
- Technical support, help desk, IT support, or call center escalation experience
- Exposure to diagnostic tools or software, automotive systems/electronics/networking, or hardware troubleshooting (cables, interfaces, peripherals)
- Experience creating reports or working with call or ticket data
Job Summary:
Seeking a Technical Report Analyst to support dealership technicians and analyze trends and issues in the market. Ideal for someone who enjoys analytical work, problem solving, and continuous learning. Deep automotive or OEM experience is not required, looking for candidates with strong Excel aptitude and the ability to use critical thinking to solve complex problems.
Job Duties:
- Handle technical cases from a call center supporting dealership technicians
- Use knowledge bases to assist with dealer software installation issues
- Ensure escaped dealer calls are accompanied with required supporting documents
- Follow workflows to report and track issues with various suppliers
- Produce a monthly report tracking call volumes, trends, and recurring problems
- Occasionally assist with software validation work on vehicles - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
