Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Management Analyst to support financial operations and dealership performance management. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in accounting principles and a passion for data accuracy and financial analysis.



Daily Tasks

• Respond to inquiries from dealers and field personnel regarding financial statement submission and grading issues via phone and email.

• Check dealership financial statements submitted for accuracy.

• Work with dealership accounting managers to correct financial statement errors.

• Monitor dealership financial statements for accounting accuracy in key accounts and programs.



Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of dealership financial statement submissions.

• Monitor the grading of dealership financial statements.

• Determine the validity of exception requests from the dealer to restore points that were deducted.

• Manually grade financial statements and adjust points as needed.

• Evaluate weighting of grading components and implement grading changes annually.

• Determine financial statement transmission dates annually.

• Check dealership financial statements submitted for accuracy.

• Work with dealership accounting managers to correct financial statement errors.

• Monitor dealership financial statements for accounting accuracy in key accounts and programs.

• Respond to inquiries from dealers and field personnel regarding financial statement and incentive program issues.

• Complete data entry for various department projects and provide Excel reports.

• Create and distribute lists of missing statements daily during the month-end closing.
