Job Description
Education:

• High school diploma or GED required



Required Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of relevant experience or completion of a vocational training program

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Fluency in Spanish and English (required)

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills



Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with data analysis and reporting

• Background in automotive, distribution, or international operations

• Continuous improvement mindset and strong attention to detail



Service Analyst (Bilingual – Spanish/English)



Overview:

The Export Service Operations department provides support to distributors in Central America and the Caribbean in their efforts to achieve industry-leading customer service satisfaction, achieve completion of service campaigns, maximize vehicle sales, parts sales, and service excellence, and achieve customer Lifetime Owner Loyalty & Retention.



The Service Analyst will work closely with the Export Service Operations team to provide ongoing assistance to distributors' overall service operations in the Central America and Caribbean region. The Service Analyst will continuously contribute to the team in monitoring specific market performance in key areas. Flexibility to support the department in areas as needed is expected.





Responsibilities:

• Duties may vary depending on the specialty of the area assigned to.

• May perform meeting planning, preparation of documents, or basic coordination of tasks.

• Will collect and compile records and documentation in an organized manner and file as appropriate.

• May gather data and prepare standard reports with information necessary for decision making.

• Ability to use Microsoft Office programs with skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Alphanumeric filing skills.

• Attention to detail/accuracy.

• Ability to support department-specific needs as described in the job request based on specialty.



Daily Tasks:

• Areas of responsibility include working with various team members in measuring specific KPI''s (e.g., review trends, gaps, and missed opportunities)

• Conducting accurate data analysis in Excel; create, maintain & distribute ad-hoc reporting.

• Coordinating multiple projects/activities in English/Spanish language; and communicating with distributors/dealers to achieve monthly objectives.
