REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 4+ years of work experience of QA/Data Annotation
- Work Experience with Excel to analyze large sets of data / indentify error trends
- Must have a strong analytical background (this is not a technical data analyst role)
- Proven experience in data analysis and quality assurance to audit labelers work
- Develop and implement data quality guidelines and best practices based on data insights
- Experience with data labeling and classification projects
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
- Demonstrated organizational skills with experience managing complex projects
- Experience working on projects without explicit instructions

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Analyst Level 3 to join our Product Data Operations team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively. This role involves ensuring data accuracy and quality through rigorous analysis and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed data analysis to ensure accuracy and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve labeling/data quality Develop and implement data quality guidelines and best practices based on data insights.
Lead projects requiring meticulous attention to detail and organization.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report on project progress and outcomes.
Continuously improve data processes and resolve data-related issues.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in data analysis and quality assurance.
Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex thoughts into easy to understand language Demonstrated organizational skills with experience managing complex projects.
Experience working on projects without explicit instructions.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience with data labeling and classification projects is a plus.
