Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, or a related field



Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, or a related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in communications operations, marketing operations, program coordination, or Analyst Relations (AR) or Public Relations (PR) adjacent role.

• Strong project management instincts with the ability to track multiple concurrent workstreams and deadlines without dropping details.

• Experience with marketing SaaS platforms such as Mailchimp, Meltwater, or Sprinklr.

• Comfort working in procurement and contract management systems.

• Excellent written communication skills and sharp attention to detail.

• Ability to work cross-functionally and independently in a fast-paced environment.



Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Prior experience supporting an analyst relations, public relations, or corporate communications function at a technology company.

• Familiarity with AR and market intelligence platforms such as Spotlight or AR Insights.

• Experience building or maintaining research tracking dashboards.

• Exposure to industry analyst research programs including Gartner, Forrester, or IDC evaluation cycles.

• A demonstrated curiosity for AI tools -- whether ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, or others -- and a track record of putting them to work in ways that meaningfully improve research, workflows, or content quality.

• Demonstrated ability to ramp quickly, exercise good judgment under time pressure, and support high-stakes programs with minimal oversight.



Our Corporate Communications team is looking for an Analyst Relations Operations Specialist(Contract) to run the programs, platforms, and content operations that keep our AR function moving at the speed NVIDIA demands. You will own the operational backbone of a high-visibility AR program, working closely with AR managers across our AI and accelerated computing business to ensure analyst engagement is well-coordinated, well-tracked, and well-communicated internally and externally.



Responsibilities:

• Own production of monthly AR (Analyst Relations) communications, including an internal analyst intelligence newsletter and an external industry analyst digest.

• Lead coordination and execution of an analyst sentiment survey program, from setup through launch, data collection, and reporting.

• Manage the AR evaluation and research dashboard, tracking timelines and participation status across Gartner, IDC, Forrester, and other industry research firms.

• Triage and route inbound AR activation requests from internal stakeholders, including speaking opportunities, white paper participation, and analyst co-marketing, to the appropriate AR manager.

• Serve as the primary liaison for AR relationship management and market intelligence vendors.

• Support analyst contract renewals through procurement and contract management workflows.

• Produce coverage reports tied to major launches and events.

• Build and maintain research tracking dashboards to support the broader market intelligence function.
