• Experience owning multiple business-system requests simultaneously, independently prioritizing work, documenting requirements, and communicating solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Experiences and Skills:
• Functional experience supporting SAP SD/MM, including customer/material master data, pricing, order processing, billing, troubleshooting, and workflow support.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration experience, preferably with Sales Cloud/Lightning, including user access, custom fields, reporting, data maintenance, and Data Loader.

Q2C Support Analyst Responsibilities:
Provides operational support to sales management. Plans and coordinates projects to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force. Develops processes and procedures to support the sales process and participates in the development of requirements for sales support systems. Maintains information of sales activities that support sales performance metrics and sales process improvement.

The ideal candidate for this unified analyst role must demonstrate a comprehensive and hands-on understanding of both end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) business processes and the technical administration of SAP SD/MM and Salesforce systems. This position requires a candidate who is not only detail-oriented and highly organized but also thrives in cross-functional, enterprise-scale environments where collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Finance is routine.

Core Criteria for Candidate Fitment:

1. Q2C Process Expertise:
The candidate must have substantial practical experience (3–5 years) managing the complete Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, including quote creation, order fulfillment, billing, and revenue recognition. Familiarity with ensuring data integrity (customer master data, pricing, order management) in SAP is essential, as is the ability to troubleshoot and resolve workflow issues that impact business operations.

2. SAP SD/MM Proficiency:
Evidence of deep functional knowledge in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and MM (Material Management) modules is critical. The candidate should be adept with standard SAP transactions (e.g., MM01, XD01, VA01, VF01) and comfortable supporting enhancements, data migration, and post-go-live stabilization efforts. Experience with SAP S/4HANA, IDocs, BAPIs, or integration mechanisms is highly valued.

3. Salesforce Administration Skills:
The ideal applicant has hands-on experience administering Salesforce, particularly in the Lightning UI and Sales Cloud environment. The candidate should be able to manage user permissions, create custom fields and reports, and maintain data hygiene. Familiarity with Salesforce Data Loader or similar data tools is expected; exposure to Salesforce CPQ or similar configurators is a plus.

4. Data Migration & Quality Assurance:
The role requires proven ability to manage data imports/exports and support go-live readiness and data validation during system migrations. A high attention to detail and consistency when handling large datasets is non-negotiable.

5. Analytical & Communication Abilities:
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and documentation skills are mandatory. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and demonstrate organizational skills necessary to manage multiple simultaneous requests, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration & Adaptability:
The candidate should be comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-disciplinary teams, showing initiative and adaptability in ambiguous or changing environments. Experience managing tasks both independently and as part of a team is important.

7. Compliance & Best Practice Awareness:
While not required, an understanding of compliance requirements related to master data and revenue recognition will distinguish top candidates, as will knowledge of best practices in data governance and system integration.

Summary Statement:
A successful candidate will be a proactive and collaborative professional with a strong functional background in SAP SD/MM and Salesforce administration, demonstrable Q2C process knowledge, and a meticulous approach to data management and system support. The ability to balance operational execution with analytical problem-solving, communicate across business units, and adapt to evolving project requirements is central to excelling in this role.
