Job Requirements:
• Experience in supplier selection, sourcing, and supplier performance management.
• Ability and interest to step into a Sourcing Manager role when needed.
• Experience developing cost models, should-cost analyses, and supporting supplier negotiations.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret large, complex datasets.
• Experience presenting data and recommendations to leadership using clear visuals.
• Comfortable working with ambiguous or incomplete data from multiple systems.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve analysis, modeling, reporting, or sourcing processes.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, RFQs, and analyses in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Job Summary:
• Lead supplier cost analysis to identify cost savings and improve sourcing decisions.
• Develop cost models and should-cost analyses to support supplier pricing evaluations and negotiations.
• Issue RFQs, manage supplier bidding events and auctions, and evaluate supplier proposals.
• Analyze supplier performance, pricing trends, and market data to identify sourcing opportunities.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance cost modeling, data analysis, and reporting efficiency.
• Create data-driven business cases and recommendations for sourcing managers.
• Develop negotiation fact packs, presentations, and executive summaries to support supplier negotiations.
• Evaluate the financial impact of changes in material costs, production volumes, and supplier pricing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sourcing, Procurement, Finance, Engineering, and Operations to drive cost reduction initiatives.
• Present analytical findings and sourcing recommendations to leadership to support strategic procurement decisions.
