Job Description
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related).
Minimum Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting roles.
• Proven expertise in Power BI (including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling).
• Proficiency in SQL for querying, joining, and validating large datasets.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into business-friendly insights.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
Preferred Requirements

Description
Position Overview
We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Analyst (Web Analytics & Reporting) II to join our Customer Experience (CX) Analytics team. You will report to the Manager of Business Analytics and work closely with Product Managers, UX Researchers, and cross-functional partners across our Growth Experience Technology (GET) organization.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Power BI, SQL, and web analytics to design and deliver high-quality dashboards, reporting solutions, and insights that enable data-driven decision making. You will play a key role in understanding business needs, translating them into scalable data solutions, and ensuring stakeholders can act on clear, accurate, and actionable insights.
This is a Hybrid role based in San Francisco.
Responsibilities
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver scalable solutions.
• Build, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to track KPIs, monitor performance, and surface insights across the digital customer lifecycle.
• Perform deep-dive analyses on customer behavior and business performance, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure data integrity and reliability by working with data engineering and IT teams on data pipelines, new data system integrations, and validation processes.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Power BI, providing guidance, training, and support to business teams.
• Communicate insights effectively through data storytelling, presentations, and visualizations that influence strategy and operations.
• Build and manage relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leaders, to align on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Support ongoing automation of reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
