• Minimum 2 years of commercial contracting experience or related service and support experience

• Experience reviewing customer contracts and contracts redlines

• Experience working with service agreements service terms SLAs warranties and support obligations

• Experience partnering with Sales Contracts Service Operations and cross functional teams

• Experience evaluating product eligibility contract renewals and support agreements

• Experience reviewing product lifecycle status configurations serial numbers and SKUs

• Experience supporting quoting entitlement setup and service execution processes

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and respond to customer contract redlines related to service terms SLAs warranties and support obligations

• Interpret contractual risk and recommend compliant alternatives

• Develop clear timely and customer focused contract responses

• Maintain redline response repository and ensure policy alignment

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and operational requirements

• Partner with Contracts Sales and Service Operations teams

• Review customer products for support agreement and contract renewal eligibility

• Validate serial numbers SKUs configurations and product lifecycle status

• Assess compatibility with service delivery capabilities

• Identify support gaps including end of support units third party devices and non standard configurations

• Recommend remediation options including upgrades substitutions time and material support and approved exceptions

• Provide final eligibility assessments to support quoting and entitlement setup

• Support ongoing service execution and customer support activities

• Review Salesforce cases emails and assigned projects

• Drive process effectiveness and continuous improvement initiatives

• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

• Collaborate with Technical Field Service Sales Contracts and Quoting teams
