Job Description
***Only qualified Analyst 3, Cust Contract Admin candidates located near Tempe, Arizona area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence (4 days in office, Work From Home Friday)***



Required Education

* Bachelor's Degree required



Required Experience

* Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial Contracting or Chargeback Operations

* Experience reviewing and resolving chargeback claims and pricing discrepancies

* Experience working with distributors customers and internal business partners

* Experience maintaining claim documentation and supporting contract compliance

* Experience generating reports and identifying recurring issues and trends



Tech Skills

* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications

* Experience with ERP systems

* Experience with SAP AS400 Vistex Power BI or similar systems preferred

Responsibilities

* Review research and resolve chargeback claims sales tracing discrepancies and direct pricing claims

* Validate claim data and investigate exceptions

* Communicate with customers distributors and internal stakeholders regarding claim status and resolution

* Maintain accurate claim documentation and records

* Generate reports and identify recurring issues or trends

* Utilize ERP systems reporting tools and Microsoft Office applications to support daily operations

* Meet established productivity quality and service level expectations
