Required Experience
• 1–3 years of experience in commercial contract operations or related fields
• Experience supporting contract administration, pricing activation, customer maintenance, and contract lifecycle activities
• Experience working with distributors, GPOs, sales teams, and commercial operations stakeholders
• Experience managing high-volume inquiries and supporting process improvement initiatives
Technical Skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to manipulate large datasets and extract insights
• Experience with SAP BI, Power BI, and QlikView
• Familiarity with SAP, Vistex, and JDE ERP systems preferred
• Experience utilizing automation tools, reporting tools, and BOT technologies
• Ability to analyze contract and pricing data and generate actionable insights

Responsibilities
• Ensure accurate execution of letters of commitment, customer setup and maintenance, GPO group transitions, and local contracts for new and renewal agreements
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external pricing activation and membership inquiries
• Collaborate with distributor partners, GPOs, sales teams, commercial operations teams, and customers
• Support operational capabilities, policy execution, process optimization, and governance initiatives
• Manage and resolve high volumes of stakeholder inquiries using automation and reporting tools
• Lead and participate in internal and external calls to resolve contract and pricing-related issues
• Support customer pricing eligibility reviews for GPO and local agreement requests
• Manage pricing activation transitions, roster alignment, and effective date setup activities
• Process member account additions and removals across multiple ERP systems
• Prepare and distribute dealer notifications regarding contract pricing and membership changes
• Maintain documentation of membership-related pricing exceptions and contracting playbooks
• Communicate time-sensitive membership exceptions to cross-functional stakeholders
• Identify local agreements requiring modifications due to GPO group transitions
• Support GPO fee reporting accuracy through contract review and analysis
• Serve as a subject matter expert for process improvements related to LOC, CS&M, and GPO transitions
• Collaborate with distributor partners on contract loading and testing activities
• Partner with business stakeholders to improve contract execution and renewal processes
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience through process and service improvements
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve contract execution activities impacting pricing accuracy
• Participate in distributor calls to support issue resolution and operational excellence
