Required Education
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, and contract management
• Oracle systems, Oracle Fusion experience preferred
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing contract management strategies across a complex organization
• High level attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
• Ability to read contracts and understand key data points such as entities and payment terms
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with executive-level stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience
• Experience in the media, entertainment, or broadcasting industry
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and customer service skills

Overview:
The Global Operations Center of Excellence (COE) is a strategic powerhouse within Client, dedicated to enabling operational excellence across core business functions. Working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams—including Procurement, Accounts Payable, Facilities, Security, and Order to Cash —the COE drives enterprise-wide consistency, process optimization, and scalable solutions that unlock measurable value. As a key pillar within the COE, the Global Procurement Operations Center (GPOC) is a high-impact team that partners closely with the Global Procurement organization to drive operational excellence, ensure compliance, and deliver measurable cost savings across the enterprise. GPOC plays a critical role in standardizing procurement processes, enhancing data integrity, and supporting strategic sourcing initiatives. As Contract Administrator, you will lead the execution of Paramount’s Procurement Contract management strategy. This role is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of procurement contracts, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining visibility across platforms. You will service as the subject matter expert in contract management, collaborating cross-functionally with Procurement Category Managers, Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Business Stakeholders and Technology teams to optimize contract processes and performance.
Job Duties
• Oversee, administer and maintain the procurement contract database, ensuring data integrity and accessibility
• Establish efficient processes for managing vendor contracts and associated legal documentation
• Review executed contracts for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies
• Generate and review contract performance reports
• Collaborate with the Procurement Teams to collect executed contracts and input metadata into the procurement contract management system
• Track and analyze key contract performance indicators, including payment terms, delivery schedules, pricing and spend
• Act as a liaison between vendor management and internal stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues
• Champion contract management best practices and emerging trends to drive innovation, enhance efficiency, and improve user experience - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
