Position Overview
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Policy & Intranet Content Coordinator to help modernize and maintain department policy and procedure resources.
This role will take ownership of improving the department's intranet policy page, organizing policy and SOP information, updating PowerDMS training content, and creating new training materials. The goal is to make policy information easier for employees to find, understand, and use independently.
The ideal candidate combines strong writing and organizational skills with hands-on experience using intranet, SharePoint, Confluence, website, or similar content-management platforms.
Policy & Intranet Content Coordinator Job Responsibilities:
• Lead the organization and redesign of the department's intranet policy and procedure content
• Convert static policies and SOPs into an organized, user-friendly, hyperlink-based digital format
• Develop and update PowerDMS training modules and supporting training materials
• Create clear, accessible content that supports self-guided employee learning and improves understanding of policies and procedures
• Maintain intranet and public-facing webpages, including correcting broken hyperlinks and ensuring information remains accurate and current
• Organize policy-related documents and create intuitive navigation so employees can quickly locate needed information
• Support policy audit activities by entering data, tracking metrics, monitoring deadlines, and maintaining accurate records
• Assist with the annual policy review process by coordinating deadlines and working with subject matter experts to obtain updates
• Prepare materials and notices for public hearings and other department activities
• Transcribe meeting/public hearing minutes and prepare documents for online publication
• Post approved documents and materials to appropriate online platforms
• Provide administrative support to the Policy and Auditing Unit, ACA Unit, and Staff Wellness Committee
• Assist with scheduling, ordering, filing, data entry, and other organizational activities as needed - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
