Required Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Financial acumen with experience supporting reporting and invoicing functions

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365

• Experience using SAP, Maximo, Office 365, Concur, or similar platforms

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills



Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in power generation, utilities, manufacturing, industrial operations, engineering, or construction environments

• Experience supporting senior leaders and plant management teams

• Prior exposure to month-end reporting, accruals, budgeting, or financial administration



Overview:

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to support plant leadership and daily business operations. This position plays a critical role in managing administrative processes, financial reporting activities, invoice approvals, expense reporting, and operational coordination within a fast-paced power generation environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who enjoys supporting leadership teams, managing financial processes, and contributing to the success of a major energy facility.



Key Responsibilities

• Process non-PO invoices through Process Director

• Manage Maximo workflow activities, including: Invoice approvals and reassignment, Purchase requisition entry, purchase order approvals and reassignment

• Maintain and update directory on SharePoint

• Support OSS leadership meeting update

• Work with Leadership teams for review of Accruals

• Assist with variance reporting and month-end close activities

• Ensure timely completion of administrative and financial deliverables

• Prepare and submit expense reports for p-card using Concur

• Coordinate meetings, lunches, and site administrative activities as needed
