Required Education:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, sales support, or a related role.
• Strong experience with Power BI for dashboard creation, reporting, and data visualization.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Experience analyzing sales metrics, KPIs, forecasts, quotas, revenue, pipeline, and performance data.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating meetings, training sessions, sales events, and business activities.
• Ability to analyze trends and recommend process improvements.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and sales leadership.

Job Summary:
• Provide administrative and operational support to sales representatives, managers, and leadership.
• Analyze sales data using Power BI and Microsoft Office to create reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Track and monitor key sales KPIs, including quotas, forecasts, pipeline activity, revenue, attainment, and growth.
• Generate reporting and business insights to support sales planning and decision-making.
• Coordinate communication and daily activities between sales teams and internal departments.
• Support sales operations by organizing meetings, training sessions, recognition programs, and customer-facing events.
• Coordinate event logistics, schedules, materials, attendee communications, and follow-up activities.
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and administrative responsibilities with strong attention to detail.
• Identify reporting trends and recommend process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and business documentation for sales leadership.
• Resolve administrative and operational issues while ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Work independently within established procedures while effectively prioritizing competing business needs.
