Description:

PC Services – Hardware Management & Provisioning
• The PC Services Hardware Management & Provisioning team delivers end-to-end solutions to provide associates with high-quality computing devices.
• We support the full hardware lifecycle—from acquisition through retirement—ensuring the right processes, people, and technologies are in place to meet customer expectations.
• This contractor role is 100% onsite and offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative team environment while supporting the needs of internal customers.
• The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
• Experience with PC hardware, peripherals, and inventory/warehouse operations
• Self-starter with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Ability to package and ship PCs and accessories efficiently and securely
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage conversations with customers and leadership regarding daily tasks and priorities
• Detail-oriented with a focus on minimizing shipping errors and ensuring accurate ticket fulfillment
• Ability to manage multiple workloads and perform under pressure
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support and guide others
• Adaptability to changing processes and procedures

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required, and an associate's degree is preferred
