Job Description
Required Education
• High School diploma or GED.
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Skills/Experience:
• Has working knowledge and skills developed through formal training or work experience.
• Administration experience desired, Ariba Buying System preferred
• Team Player, Professional, pays attention to detail, communication, follows directions, Microsoft Office, Excel/email.
• Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision.
• Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and makes decisions based on factual information.
Cincinnati Site Administrator:
• Support Services
• Provides various support activities.
• Identifies, enhances, and follows specific processes and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of the business to which the support is being provided.
• Ensures the correct functioning of facilities, office, and/or business support services.
• Provides secretarial/administrative support to Associates in the Client Cincinnati Business Office.
• Leverage business software (Word, Excel, email, Ariba buying guide) to communicate with office associates and vendors.
• While in office, answers and greets vendors and associates at the door as needed.
• Orders and stocks office supplies.
• Supports CIN Client associates with sample request, meeting preparation etc, and associate engagement events.
• Helps keep office public spaces organized and stocked.
• Opens and processes payments in Ariba.
• Processes office expenses in Concur and monthly reconciliation of office and sales cost center budgets. - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
