SUMMARY
Seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide business and administrative support in a professional operational environment. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual who can manage data and information accurately, coordinate multiple priorities, communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, and work independently with general supervision.
The successful candidate will bring strong computer skills, excellent organization, sound judgment, and the ability to monitor information and drive tasks through completion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and maintain business data and information with a high level of accuracy.
• Gather, organize, track, and monitor information to support business activities.
• Coordinate administrative activities and information across multiple stakeholders.
• Manage competing priorities, deadlines, and requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Use Microsoft Office and other relevant business software to maintain records, prepare information, and support daily operations.
• Communicate professionally with employees, supervisors, managers, and other business partners.
• Identify issues or missing information and take appropriate action to resolve or escalate them.
• Support planning, scheduling, coordination, and general business-administration activities.
• Work independently while keeping management informed of progress, priorities, and potential issues.
