Required Skills

Job Duties

• Process routing forms in Perceptive Content for distribution of maltreatment reports

• Manage multiple queues and ensure accuracy of routed cases

• Communicate with investigators regarding incomplete or missing data

• Enter and update information across multiple systems (Paradise, ACTs, SSIS, PC)

• Monitor shared inbox and respond to data requests from stakeholders

• Generate official correspondence to facilities, families, and third parties

• Maintain records and documentation in electronic filing systems

• Handle private data requests and ensure compliance with confidentiality rules

• Log and track requests and documentation in spreadsheets

• Publish and manage investigative reports and updates

• Create weekly Gov.Delivery bulletins

• Assist with system troubleshooting and other administrative tasks





Typical Day

• Review and process incoming case files and routing forms

• Manage multiple system queues and ensure data accuracy

• Respond to emails and inquiries from internal and external stakeholders

• Draft and send correspondence related to investigative findings

• Update databases and maintain documentation records

• Collaborate with investigators, supervisors, and other departments

• Handle confidential data requests and ensure compliance

• Prepare and publish reports and weekly updates

This role supports a state health division by handling administrative processes tied to sensitive investigations and regulatory reporting. Day-to-day, this person manages case documentation, routes reports through internal systems, responds to data requests, and prepares official correspondence. It’s a mix of independent work and collaboration with investigators, legal teams, and external stakeholders, requiring strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality. The environment is structured, deadline-driven, and partially remote with scheduled in-office days.
