Job Description
Education:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.



Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

• Plant Support: Supports the administrative, financial, and business activities

• Communication: Interfaces with Corporate Office Departments on matters that impact the plants including AP, Accounting, Fixed Assets, Risk Management, Fleet Management, Legal, Tax (Property and Sales), Government Affairs and Safety.

• Financial Close: Works throughout the monthly financial close cycle on accruals, account reclasses, capital reporting, HR updates and variance commentary reporting.

• Budgeting and Expense Control: Tracks expenses (FIM and MAXIMO), manages office supplies inventory, and prepares budget reports (PLANFUL). Supports the Plant Manager with preparing the annual budget.

• AP/AR: Processes Admin. (Non-PO) invoices and receivables.

• Community Relations: Supports the Plant Manager with community relations.

• Facility Management: Oversees office maintenance, repairs, and facilities services (CINTAS and office cleaning).

• Compliance: Ensures adherence to company policies, legal regulations, administrative standards, and safety. Posts Client, Federal and State (ADP) regulations.

• Project Management: Leads administrative projects, such as event planning, office repairs and renovations, or system implementations (2025 MAXIMO Upgrade and FITT implementation).

• Information Management: Maintains accurate files including environmental, health and safety, and personnel records.

• Scheduling and Coordination: Manages calendars, schedules meetings, coordinates lunch and travel arrangements, and books Conference Rooms.

• Process Management: Develops, implements, and monitors administrative procedures to optimize workflows, including document control, filing systems and communication protocols.

• Warehouse Management: Manages the WHC’s and their duties as assigned.

• Other Duties as Assigned: Supports the Plant Manager with projects and/or activities that impact the sites.
